Passport & Travel Documents All guests must have a valid passport to travel toPassport validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates to ensure smooth entry and exit.It is each guest’s responsibility to verify that their passport and any required travel documents are current and in good condition.Non-U.S. citizens should check visa requirements for entry before travel.2. Participation in Activities Participation in planned activities (such as snorkeling, ATV tours, zip-lining, or excursions) is voluntary and subject to individual fitness, health, and comfort levels.Guests must meet any age, weight, or health requirements set by activity providers.Certain activities may require signed waivers for insurance and liability purposes.Alcohol or drug use prior to participating in physical activities is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies and activity-related incidents.3. Behavior & ConductPlease be respectful of resort property, local customs, staff and vendors 4. Health & SafetyGuests are encouraged to stay hydrated, use sunscreen, and follow local health guidelines.Notify trip organizers immediately in case of injury or illness.5. Emergency Contact Each guest should provide an emergency contact before departure.Keep a copy of your passport and travel insurance details separate from the original documents.
Late Fee Policy
Payment & Late Fee Policy All payments are due by 11:59 AM on the due date.Late Fees:$25 late fee if payment is up to 3 days late$50 late fee if payment is up to 1 week late$100 late fee if payment is more than 14 days late with no communication and Non-Payment Policy:If payment is more than 15 days late, you will be removed from the trip.All payments are non-refundable.
