Waitlist Enrollment Requirements

• A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to join any waitlist.
• Deposit is applied toward membership fees if a membership is offered and accepted.
• Individuals may only be on one waitlist at a time.

Membership Offer Process

Current members will have until December 1st of the calendar year to secure their membership for the upcoming season by way of deposit. After December 1st, any available positions will be offered to the waitlist in listed order.

When a membership becomes available:

• The next person on the relevant waitlist will be contacted.
• They will have 3 calendar days to accept or decline the offer.
• If accepted, the seasonal deposit is required as per the payment schedule and the $300 deposit is applied to the membership fee.

If declined, the individual must choose one of the following options:

• Remain on the waitlist for the next season (deposit retained).
• Apply the deposit to a Game Pack (forfeits waitlist position and future membership interest).

By joining our membership waitlist, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Waitlist Placement: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to membership. Admission is subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
2. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your spot on the waitlist. 
3. Communication Consent: You consent to receive updates, announcements, and promotional communications related to our membership program via email or other contact methods provided.
4. Privacy & Data Use: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
5. Terms & Conditions: By submitting your information, you agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions upon acceptance into the membership program.
6. Changes & Updates: We reserve the right to modify the terms of the waitlist or membership program at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
