Workshop Sign-up for the 2025 Ormewood Park Makers Festival

Join Ashley Erwin for a refreshing all levels yoga class to kick off the festival. We'll practice meditative movement with classical sun salutations, hip opening standing poses, and shoulder and heart openers to wake us up and get us ready to enjoy our Makers' Festival.

Participants will leave feeling refreshed and renewed through a sense of clarity in their minds and ease of mobility in their bodies. They will discover new ways to ease physical, mental and emotional stress.

Cost: $25 suggested (All proceeds benefit Makers Fest)

Ashley provides alignment-based yoga instruction, combining precise and subtle movements with meditation techniques to fully engage the student's mind, body, and spirit into their practice. Ashley promotes the healing power of yoga and provides a genuine level of care and attention in all of her classes.

The majority of Ashley's time is now spent teaching her clients experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity through her nonprofit, TLC Yoga. She is an advocate of the “Yoga Is for Everyone” movement. Ashley lives and loves yoga and is grateful for this opportunity to share the practice with you.
