Who: Business owners and spokespersons for companies selling products or services What: Vista Ridge Holiday Shopping Event When: Saturday, November 8th, 2025 Where: The Vista Ridge Community Center 2750 Vista Parkway Erie, CO 80516 Cost: Booth Space - $85.00 (Payment is due at sign up-If you do not pay when you sign up, you lose your booth space). Time: 10:00am-4:00pm Want to find out what other booths will be selling? Please check the vendor list BEFORE buying booth space as payment is non-refundable (see next page for vendor list). Booth Info: -Booths will need to arrive around 9:00am-9:30am for set up (event starts at 10:00am) -Vendors must provide their own table and all other materials (including table linens and chairs for seating)-Vendors may only have ONE table and it must not exceed a 6-foot rectangular banquet table (30 inches wide & 72 inches in length) Tables exceeding these requirements will be charged additional booth space. -Everything must fit on your table. -Booths will need to start clean up at 4:00pm and clean up should not exceed 4:45pm. -Vendors may NOT have the same business franchise as another vendor. No refunds will be given for failure to read vendor list.-Please check date/time when vendor list was last updated. If list wasn't updated for at least an hour, email Georgez to find out the updated list before buying booth space in case someone has the same business as you. Limited vendor space available!
