Vet Together is an exclusive, business-focused conference designed for forward-thinking veterinary practice owners, medical directors, and practice managers who are decision-makers, laser-focused on growth, innovation, and practical solutions.

You are applying to attend as a Hosted Buyer for the ultimate VIP experience, including complimentary travel, registration, and hotel accommodations. Your commitment during the conference is simple: participate in brief pre-scheduled, one-on-one appointments with top-tier vendors and solution providers that match your specific business needs.

These focused meetings are intentionally spaced, ensuring you have ample time to engage with keynote speakers, deep-dive educational sessions, and peer networking.

Your time is valuable. This is the most efficient way to discover what's next for your practice.

Vet Together will host one person from each qualifying practice, which includes a round-trip flight and up to two nights of hotel accommodations.

To qualify, the applying candidate and practice must meet the following criteria:

• The practice should be a 2+ doctor practice, in the process of expanding, or preparing to open a new facility.
• The candidate must play a meaningful role in the practice’s purchasing decisions.
• The candidate must agree to participate in all 30 scheduled appointments with qualified vendors during the three-day Vet Together program.
• The candidate agrees to pay the $300 commitment fee.

Bring a colleague to get the most out of the event! Your additional attendee will enjoy full conference access, including participating with you in all vendor appointments. Guest badges are $500 each.

Please note: Additional attendees are responsible for their own flights and hotel accommodations.

Important Information About Your Application

To secure your spot in the VetTogether 2026 Hosted-Buyer program, we ask for a $300 Commitment Fee (non-refundable if canceled 90 days prior to event). Space is limited, and this fee helps ensure every reserved spot is filled by participants ready to be part of the experience.

If approved as a Hosted Buyer, Vet Together will host one person from each qualifying practice, which includes three nights of hotel accommodations, flight reimbursement up to $600, and conference registration.
 

If your application is not accepted, the fee will be refunded.
