• KCFC Cheer and Dance Vendor Booth Application

  • Important Booth Information:

    1. Booth fees are non-negotiable or refundable. MUST be paid by November 1, 2025. Payment can be made on-line with completion of this application or by mailing paper version with payment to KCFC Cheer and Dance Competition, 15030 W 106th St., Lenexa KS 66215. VENDORS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY CHEER AND DANCE COMMITTEE.
    2. You must bring your own tables, chairs, extension cords or anything else you need for your booth set-up. There will be electrical outlets but you must supply everything else.
    3. Set-up begins Sunday at 7am; please be set-up and ready by 8:30am. Please unload vehicle quickly and do not set up until your vehicle is parked in a designated area. Those not complying will be towed at the owner's expense. Official schedule will be available by Saturday, November 1.
    4. All booth workers are responsible for removing any trash in and surrounding their booth.
    5. Vendors will be set up in a commons area of the school near the concessions. This will be a high traffic area. Please note this is a cheer event and items sold should be related to cheer, school spirit or items that cheer families are likely to be more interested in.


    I, *, agree not to hold the Cheer and Dance Committee or KCFC liable for any expenses, claims actions, damages, theft, loss of any kind, actually or allegedly resulting from or connected with the operation of said booth. Any damages or loss of personal property or merchandise is the responsibility of the above named.

    All federal, state and local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. If running a food booth, all state food regulations must be followed. I understand the rules and regulations of the show and will comply. I realize that failure to comply may result in expulsion from the show.

    The Cheer and Dance Committee reserves the right to change said guidelines and rules at any time prior to and during the competition period for safety issues. Violation of the rules and regulations will be in default of the license agreement. Results may be immediate expulsion, closure and denial of participation in future celebrations. No refund will be given.
