Fearless Fin's Monster March Registration Form
On 25th October 2026, join us at Watershed Studio in St Osyth for a spooky 3km countryside walk in memory of our lovely Finley, with a 2km accessible route for wheelchairs and pushchairs. There’ll also be spooky crafts, activities and hot chocolate to enjoy, or you can complete your own 3km virtually anytime during October 2026.

There’s no need to fundraise to take part, but if you would like to, any funds raised will support Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund and our work supporting children and families affected by childhood cancer.

If you, or any of your team, have any medical conditions that affect your heart or your breathing, we strongly recommend that you seek advice from your doctor prior to registering for this event.

We also recommend that you take precautions on the day by bringing with you any medical equipment you may need, such as an inhaler, and taking regular breaks during the march.

Fundraising
Fearless Fin's Monster March is all about coming together, having fun and remembering our lovely Finley. There’s no need to fundraise to take part, but if you would like to raise money for Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund, you’ll be directed to JustGiving at the end of this form where you can set up your own fundraising page.

Terms and Conditions of Entry
Please ensure you read these thoroughly before submitting this form. A copy will also be included in your participant information pack that you will receive with your confirmation email.

On The Day
- Fancy dress is always encouraged!
- All participants agree to abide by the event rules and to follow any instructions or guidelines given by the Fearless Fin organisers or Lennox representatives.
- Lennox Children's Cancer Fund will not take any responsibility for lost or stolen items, or personal belongings. You are advised to leave all valuables at home or use a small bag to hold valuables during the march.
- Please be respectful towards all runners, staff, and the general public. We will not tolerate aggression or abuse of any kind.
Health and Safety
- Participants are required to inform us in advance of any injuries or medical conditions that may be affected by participation in this event. This includes, but is not limited to, asthma, diabetes, respiratory conditions and heart conditions.
- Participants enter this event entirely at their own risk. Lennox Children's Cancer Fund will not be liable for any injury or loss occurring as a result of participation (including, without limitation, any losses resulting from the charity's negligence), provided that nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from the charity's negligence or for any other type of liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Photography
- Participants may appear in photographs and/or videos taken during the event. By registering for this event, participants agree that any photographs and/or videos taken during the event can be used by the charity or Fearless Fin for future publicity. It is the responsibility of the participant to let us know in advance if he/she would like to be omitted from such publicity.
Cancellation
- Once booked, the registration fee is non-refundable. In the event that a participant can no longer take part, the place can be transferred to another participant up to one week before the event.
- Lennox Children's Cancer Fund reserves the right to cancel the event, or change the venue or date. In these circumstances, all efforts to communicate changes will be made, using the contact details given on the booking form above. It is the responsibility of the participant to check the email address submitted on the form up until, and on the day of the event to find out about any such changes.
- Lennox Children's Cancer Fund will not be liable to refund the registration fee in the event of cancellation due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control.
