Welcome to the 518 Cards & Collectibles Show – Vendor Registration!
Thank you for being part of our event. We're excited to bring together collectors, vendors, and hobbyists from across the 518! Here’s what you need to know:

Location: Celtic Hall, 430 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY
Date: Saturday, November 15th, 2025
Vendor Setup: Begins at 8:30 AM
Show Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 pm
Pack-Up Deadline: 5:00 PM
Food: Available for purchase at the event
Parking: Free onsite parking available
Tablecloths: Provided
Special Requests: Add any placement or setup notes (e.g., next to a specific vendor) in the form
Refund Policy: All table bookings are non-refundable
