You will be asked to submit your portfolio below. Please note, we do NOT accept physical copies.
We prefer to receive a portfolio via a new portfolio page on a personal website. If you have a website, please add a URL to it down below. If you do not have a website, you may add a document (google slides, PDF, etc.) of your pieces. If you add a document, it MUST be named as following: lastname-firstname-month-year
Please pay attention to the requirements of each.
Requirements
General
All images are high quality. Portfolio should look well put together, and should show a sufficient amount of time spent creating.
Adults (18+) need to submit an artist statement/personal essay about your work AND also complete descriptions of ALL pieces (title, medium, size, motifs, and year).
Kids (16-18) can send slideshows containing images. Every slide should contain ONLY one image, as well as 3-4 sentences about each piece, including the title, medium, size, motifs, year.
Fine Arts (Illustration, drawing, painting, photo, printmaking, sculpture, etc.)
Kids: 5-10 pieces completed within the past two years.
Adult: 10-20 pieces completed within the past two years; Within the 10-20, the following must be included: applicants favorite piece and why; one piece that shows one of the elements of art (line, shape, form, value, etc.); piece that shows experimentation.

one short story, OR one personal essay, OR one poem; one piece you feel particularly proud of; opt. excerpt from a novel or script
must be submitted in 12 point Times New Roman, double spaced.
All portfolios will be immediately disqualified for any of the following:
- AI art/writing;
- low quality images;
- incorrect file types;
- incorrectly named files;
- rude, hateful, otherwise discriminatory art/writing;
- anything with fonts similar to comic sans or papyrus.
When we have received your portfolio, you will receive an email receipt.
