We are pleased to offer a THREE WEEK program!

DATES: June 29-July 17, 2026 (14 program weekdays-July 3 No Camp)

LOCATION: Kilmer Middle School (8100 Wolftrap Rd, Vienna, VA 22182)

Daily: 8:30am-1:30pm Extended Day Program: 1:30-3:30pm
- Musicians are encouraged to attend all three weeks to maximize the musical experience.
- Tuition cannot be prorated due to absences.
  - $530 - EARLY Registration (Until June 1st)
  - $555 - LATE Registration (June 2nd-June 28)
- The Extended Day Program Registration is OPEN. EDP registration is first come first serve.
- Complete the registration form below along with payment. Registration is not final until payment has been received.
- Payments will be processed securely through 'Square' by GCMBPO
- Receipt/Invoice will automatically be sent to the email provided
- Vienna Summer Strings provides highly qualified and vetted string instruction, however is not staffed to provide special education teachers for student support.

PERMISSIONS, AGREEMENTS, & REFUND POLICY
PROGRAM AGREEMENTS/ Parent Agreement - I will keep my child home if they are experiencing any sickness or COVID symptoms. I understand that VSS does not guarantee that a healthcare professional will be on staff. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me and I give VSS staff my permission to call 911 in an emergency and permit the medical staff permission to transport and/or treat my child as deemed necessary. VSS will follow the current CDC/FCPS COVID mitigations. By signing below, I agree with the agreement listed above *
COVID Information - VSS will be held in-person and indoors at Kilmer Middle School and Marshall High School. Current CDC standards and mitigation strategies will be followed to ensure musician and staff safety. Vienna Summer Strings, GCMBPO Boosters, and FCPS are not liable for COVID-related illness. HOLD HARMLESS Agreement - I release and agree to hold harmless Vienna Summer Strings, GCMBPO Boosters, and FCPS, including their members, staff, employees and agents, from any causes of action, claims, demands, costs, expenses, and/or damages arising out of my child’s participation in Vienna Summer Strings. PHOTO RELEASE. Upon enrollment in Vienna Summer Strings, I understand that my child may be photographed for sharing during program hours, during the Showcase Concert, or on Social Media/Website of Vienna Summer Strings. Names of minors will never be shared. By signing below, I consent for my child to be photographed as described above.
REFUND POLICY:All refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to viennasummerstrings@gmail.comApproved refund requests made 30 days before the program start date will receive a full refund less a 6% processing fee.Approved refund requests made 15-29 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund of the total tuition less a 6% processing fee.Refund requests are not guaranteed if requested within 14 days of the program start date or once the program begins.
