I understand that Building Brilliance Day Care II is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the classes. I agree to release and hold harmless Building Brilliance Day Care II, any staff, vendors, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in this event.

Note that there are no refunds for any payments.
