    Date: Sunday, November 9th

    Time: 11 AM – 4 PM

    Setup: Begins 1 hour before event start

    📍Location: 96 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, OH 43110


    ✨ Choose your vibe! This event will feature both indoor and outdoor vendor spaces. 

    🛍 Vendor Space Info 

    Indoor Spaces (6x6 – 6x8 ft)
    Perfect for one 6-ft table + one clothing rack.


    Outdoor Spaces (10x10 ft)
    Tent required (any color welcome!).


    ⚠️ Please ensure your full setup fits within your assigned space.

     🔌 Power Access

     Electricity is limited — bring an extension. Power banks are welcomed🔋No generators allowed 

    📍 Vendor Placement 

    All spots are pre-assigned
    Check in with the host before setting up
    Vendors setting up in the wrong spot will be asked to move

    🚫 Vendor Restrictions

    We are not accepting:

    ❌ THC products of any kind


    Unsure about your product? Reach out before registering! 

    🚗 Parking & Unloading 

    You’ll have 15 minutes to unload on-site
    Vehicles must then be moved to avoid ticketing/towing (we’re not responsible for violations)


    Free parking available — overflow directions provided if needed

    ✨ Early registration = best pricing!

    • Indoor Space: $75
    • Outdoor Space: $80

    PLEASE NOTE THAT EARLY BIRD FEE WILL INCREASE TO TIER 2 ON OCTOBER 17th

    Once payment is submitted, your space is secured.
    All fees are non-refundable & non-transferable — no exceptions for:
    • Weather (rain, shine, or snow ❄️☀️☔)
    • Personal emergencies or schedule conflicts
    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations
