• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Setup: Begins 1 hour before the event

Right along the Atlanta Beltline
✨ This is an outdoor market.
• A 10x10 tent (or smaller) is required. WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED
• Any tent color is welcome.
• Please ensure your entire setup fits inside your assigned space.

🔌 Power Access
• Electricity is not guaranteed — we recommend bringing a power bank.
• Generators are NOT allowed.

🚨 Vendor Placement
• All vendor spots are pre-assigned.
• On the day of the event, the host will direct you to your setup location.
• ❌ Do not set up without checking in. If you set up in the wrong space, you will be asked to move.

🚫 Vendor Restrictions
We do not accept:
• THC products of any kind
• Non-family-friendly products

🚗 Parking & Unloading
• We recommend parking first, then unloading.
• Parking is located near the setup area.
Recommended Options:
• Free parking in the Publix garage
• Street parking inside the plaza

💸 Vendor Fees
• $85 per space
• Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, tent, tablecloth, and tent weights.
• We do not provide any setup materials.

💳 Payment Policy
1. Once you submit your payment your spot is secured.
• Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.
2. PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT VENDOR CATEGORY AT CHECKOUT! This is a major part of how we keep track of vendor categories for each event. Selecting the wrong category may affect your participation.
Please make sure you select the correct vendor category when applying.
For example, the Jewelry category and the Permanent Jewelry category are two separate categories and should not be selected interchangeably.
Likewise, if you sell desserts, please do not select the Clothing/Vintage category in order to complete your application.
If you don’t see your vendor category, please send us an email or DM before applying.
If you’re unable to select a vendor category, 99% of the time it means that category is already full for that date or vendor option. Feel free to reach out to us to confirm availability

🔒 Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)
• All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We cannot offer refunds or transfers under any circumstances, including:
• Weather conditions
• Personal emergencies or schedule conflicts
• No-shows or late cancellations
