Thank you for choosing Forget Me Not Cookie Co. for your special occasion! This form will guide you through the ordering process step by step. You’ll be able to share your event details, cookie preferences, inspiration images, and confirm your pickup date and time.

A few important notes before you begin:
- Cookies are sold in dozens.
- The minimum order is $120.
- All cookies come individually heat-sealed for freshness and saftey.
- All order pick-ups are on Fridays between 8am–8pm.
- Please review and agree to our cookie policies before submitting.

Once your form is submitted, we will review your request and confirm availability before we charge your payment method.

Printed CookiesEdible print only, no hand decoration. Includes minimal graphic design help. This order is for 1 dozen cookies.

Basic CookiesSome hand decoration (up to 3 designs per dozen). No hand-lettering, line work, or metallics. 3 colors in addition to white. May include printed images. This order is for 1 dozen cookies.

$80.00 Quantity

Basic ExtraMix of some basic designs and some more elaborate. Limited script and line work, minimal metallics. Up to 4 designs per dozen and 4 colors in addition to white. This order is for 1 dozen cookies.

$100.00 Quantity

Extra ExtraAll designs will include script, florals, and/or line work. More metallics. Up to 6 designs and 6 colors in addition to white. All character designs fall into this category. This order is for 1 dozen cookies.

Coordinating RibbonElevate your cookies' packaging with hand-tied ribbon. The perfect touch for party favors! We will choose the color based on the cookie designs, or you can tell us your preference in the note section above. Please choose the quantity based on your total order.
