2026 Golf Tournament Registration

Check-in Begins at 7:30am - Shotgun Start at 8:30am

- The field is limited to 144 players.

- You may sign up as a single, twosome, threesome, or foursome.

- Tournament format is a four-person Blind Draw Shamble.

- Team prizes will be awarded for first through fourth place.

- The $150 tournament fee covers: Green Fees, Cart, Range Balls, Goodie Bag, 1 Miracle Putt, and an after-round dinner at the Placer Buddhist Church. Please indicate entree preference below.

- Mulligans may be purchased at the tournament for $5 each.

- Additional dinners may be purchased for $50 each.

- Raffle tickets can also be purchased (5 tickets for $20) at the tournament registration area.
