TERMS & CONDITIONS
All stallholders must be covered by Public Liability Insurance. The minimum coverage required is $20M. Stallholders must supply Cowra Tourism with a copy of their Public Liability Certificate of Currency when paying for their stall. If this is not provided, the stallholder will be unable to set up on the day of the event.
FOOD & BEVERAGE STALLS
All food and beverage stallholders must comply with the requirements of the NSW Food Authority and all state and local food safety legislation. Stallholders are responsible for ensuring that all food handling, preparation, storage, and service meet current food safety standards, including maintaining appropriate temperatures, hygiene, and cleanliness. All relevant food business registration or permits must be displayed at all times. The event organiser reserves the right to inspect food stalls and may require corrective action or removal of any food items deemed unsafe or non-compliant.
Unless your business is exempt, food & beverage stallholders will require a Food Safety Supervisor to be onsite during the event, and the FSS certificate will need to be available before commencing operation.
Exempt stallholders may include those handling or selling food for the purpose of raising funds soley for community or charitable causes, licensed with the NSW Food Authority, or selling pre-packaged food that remains in the original sealed packaging.
Stallholders who are retailing potentially hazardous foods as per the NSW Food Authority may require a specific marquee set up to ensure they are adhering to NSW Food Authority Guidelines. Based on the information supplied on this application form, stallholders who are affected by these conditions will be contacted by event organiser during the stallholder application process.

STALLS PROVIDING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND/OR TASTINGS
All stallholders selling or supplying alcohol must hold the appropriate permit issued by Liquor & Gaming NSW;
- Proof of licence must be provided to Cowra Tourism Corporation at the time of this application being submitted.
- All people serving alcohol must hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and comply with RSA requirements at all times. All persons serving alcohol must have a competency card or interim certificate with them at all times during the event.
- Alcohol must only be sold or supplied within the approved licensed area, during approved hours and in accordance with all licence conditions, council approvals, and signage requirements.
- Failure to comply with liquour laws, these terms, or any reasonable direction by the event organiser may result in immediate closure of the stall and forfeiture of fees.
Sales by the glass are not permitted. Closed bottled sales only.
