**If using a vendor for your event or if needing water access, please schedule reservations at least two weeks prior to the booked date to allow processing and procedures for COIs.

Please upload any required documents related to your rental request, as outlined in the Common Area Usage Policy (e.g., vendor Certificate of Insurance listing the Association as an additional insured, if applicable). If the Renter utilizes any third-party vendors in connection with the rental, the Renter shall be solely responsible for ensuring that all such vendors comply with the Association’s requirements. The Renter shall provide to the Association a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) for each vendor no later than ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled reservation date. Each COI must meet the Association’s insurance requirements and name the following as additional insured: Las Sendas, CCMC and its Associates 8360 E Via De Ventura Blvd #L100 Scottsdale, AZ 85258

The Renter shall be liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the acts or omissions of any vendor. Failure to provide required Certificates of Insurance within the specified timeframe may result in denial of vendor access or cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Please provide the purpose of your rental request and a brief description of the activities that will occur on Association property during your reserved time. List any and all vendors, any equipment being used on Las Sendas property and any additional requirements outlined in the Common Area Usage Policy. This information will be reviewed by the Association prior to approval.
