Membership Guidelines & Safety Rules
 

 As a member of Jaz'Rii Productions, I agree to:

 

1. Be Respectful: Treat instructors, staff, fellow members, and guests with kindness and respect.

2. Follow Instructions: Listen to and follow all directions given by instructors or staff during classes and events.

3. Be Punctual: Arrive on time for classes and notify staff in advance if you cannot attend.

4. Maintain Safety: Follow all safety rules, use equipment properly, and report unsafe conditions or accidents immediately.

5. Use Appropriate Language & Behavior: Avoid inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive language and behavior.

6. Respect Personal Space: Be mindful of others’ personal space and belongings.

7. Supervision for Minors: Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or approved caregiver when required.

8. Protect Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of fellow members and staff; do not share private information or images without consent.

9. Take Responsibility: Participate responsibly in activities and notify staff if assistance is needed.

10. Follow Program Rules: Abide by any additional rules specific to classes, events, or facilities.

Media Release & Consent

 

I grant Jaz'Rii Productions and its representatives the right to photograph, record, and/or film me during volunteer activities. I understand that these images, videos, or recordings may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including social media, websites, print materials, and presentations. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product and understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these materials.
