By submitting this application, I agree to the following:
1. I will abide by all market rules and health codes.
2. I hold De Gullah Farmers Market harmless from any liability, loss, or damage.
3. I understand that electricity is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance.
4. I understand that fees are due upon application submission to secure my spot. Space is not reserved until payment is received.
5. I understand that all product sales must be conducted within my assigned booth space.
6. Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the event.
