Promote the construction industry to the youth of today as a

• The Block Kids Competition was created by the NAWIC Education Foundation (NEF) to help introduce the youth to the construction industry as a viable career choice.

• NAWIC Fargo-Moorhead, ND Chapter #246 have partnered with the Girl Scouts Dakota Horizon (GSDH) Service Unit to host our Block Kids Competition in Fargo, Sunday, October 26th from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the GSDH Service Center in Fargo.

  • Sponsors - to help cover the costs of the competition (as noted below). 
  • Judges - from the industry. Judges will be given a judging form with the oral interview questions and a list of categoires they assign points to, based on the interview and the building project. (Sign-up Below)
  • Volunteers - Assist in set-up,
