I understand that there are participation requirements established by the Society’s Board of Directors and that future membership may be denied if these criteria are not met. I also understand that acceptance is contingent upon receipt of annual dues.

I fully understand that my participation in sporting events is a hazardous activity. In consideration of accepting this membership application, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and/or administrators waive and release the Baton Rouge Ancient Athlete Society of Louisiana, Inc., it’s officers, directors, members, sponsors and/or other official and/or assigns and/or owners and/or lessors of any facilities used by B.R.A.A.S. in connection with any club activity in which I participate as a member of B.R.A.A.S.
