1. Only videos with a minimum length of 10 minutes or longer are eligible for this package.
2. This is an optional service, designed to save you time from submitting multiple individual requests and should ONLY be selected if you require consistent monthly content.
3. If selected, we will provide you with a calculated project price based on your video requirements (please see below for pricing including the Monthly Video Editing Package).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(Gameplay editing ONLY)

• 🎬 Short Form Videos (Shorts, IG Reels and TikTok's)

  • Subtitling: No longer included

  • Clips must be provided 
  
  

• 📹 Long Form Videos

  • Price update: $150 per video

  • NEW Curation Fee: An additional $50 will be applied if source material is unmarked or lacks timestamps (i.e. $50 every 2 hours of footage). If an additional fee is applied, a separate invoice will be sent.

  • Curation Fee example: Having to cut more than 2 hours of footage, having to collect more than 2 povs (more than 2 face cam's, gameplay footage, separated mic audio, etc), having to stitch more than 2 vods, having to collect clips, etc.)

  • NEW Rush Fee: Rush fee can be added for 10-15% of the commission (or for a set price): with guarantee delivery in negotiated time. Rush fee may be refunded if deadline is not met.
  
  

•  📢 Communication
  
  

  • If we need any additional details or have updates regarding your project, we’ll be sure to reach out directly to you at the email address you provided.
  
  • For regular time/business days: If the project is delayed due to delayed contact from client, editor is allowed to add additional time to work period
  
  • For rush fee: Refunds will not be given if client delays reply during rush time period by 72hrs or more (weekends are exluded from the 72 hour countdown). 
  
  

• -✏️ ADJUSTMENTS
  
  

  • Adjustments to delivered content are free within 5 business days (weekends excluded, with the count beginning the day the content is provided). After this window, any adjustment requests will require a separate $15 invoice.
   
  • All client-provided content, as well as any edited deliverables, will be stored for a maximum of 14 business days following delivery. After this time frame, all files will be permanently deleted from my hardware to maintain privacy and data security.
  
  
• 💰 REFUNDS (Partial and Full)
  
  • Partial refunds: If the commission has not been completed and sent to the client after 10 business days (weekends not included), the client will receive a partial refund that will be discussed via email communication. Please read "Turnaround Time" below
  
  • Full Refunds: Your trust means a lot to me. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise that stop me from finishing your commissioned video, (i.e. equipment malfuctioning, personal, program inconsistencies, etc) you’ll receive a full refund without worry.
  
  

• 🚫 Cancellation Policy
  
  

  • Once a commission form has been submitted and accepted, the project is considered officially booked. If the client chooses to cancel the commission after submission, a 50% refund of the total agreed amount will be issued. This partial refund accounts for time and preparation with securing the commission slot.
  
  • No refunds will be provided after work on the project has begun or if significant progress has been made.
  
  • By submitting the commission form, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

• ⏳ Turnaround Time
  

  • Standard: 3–4 business days per long form video. If commissioned for multiple videos (i.e. 2 or more including clips, reels, tiktoks, shorts) you must allow at minimum 6 business days but no more than 10 business days (weekends not included).
  
  • Rush Option: This option is ONLY available for long form videos. Instead of the standard 3-4 business days, if this option is selected, it will now be 1-2 business days per deliverable

  • Any additional time needed for videos due to unforeseen circumstances on either side may be negotiated.
  
  • IF curation fee applies: Add 1–2 additional business days
  
  

• 🔍 Commissioning

  • By paying this invoice you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it’s impossible to get a physical item

  • You (the buyer) agree that you are 18+ or are purchasing under adult supervision if under 18. 
  
  • To deliver the best results, it helps to know whether you’d like me to follow specific instructions or if you’d prefer to give me some creative freedom (within reason) to shape the final product. Either way, I’ll make sure the outcome aligns with your vision.
  
  • Do not submit this form unprepared. 
  
  • Please refrain from submitting a commission form or requesting that I wait on a project. If a commission cannot move forward as agreed (having to wait 24-hours or more to receive downloadable content), a 70% to cover time spent preparing and reserving the slot.        
  
  • No chargebacks or refunds allowed UNLESS deliverables are unable to be provided

        • ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE UPFRONT.

• 📂 Vods, Recordings and Clips
  

  • You must provide downloadble footage. At the end of the project description details, have a link available where we are able to access all the footage needed in order to complete this project (i.e. wetransfer (highly recommended), Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)
