Participation Agreement
1. Code of Conduct: Organic Flow Studio is a safe space. I agree to treat staff and equipment with respect. Bullying or intentional damage will result in membership cancellation.

2. Liability Waiver: I participate at my own risk and release Organic Flow Studio from liability for accidental injury or property loss.

3. Health & Safety: I agree to follow all safety instructions.

4. Data Consent (GDPR): I consent to my data being processed to manage my membership.

5. Membership Fees & Cancellation:

Recurring Fees: I understand that where applicable, membership fees are recurring (monthly or annual).

Cancellation: I may cancel my membership at any time by emailing the studio with 7 days' notice before my next billing date.

Refunds: Paid membership fees already processed are non-refundable.

Pay What You Can: If accessing the studio via the free/scholarship scheme, I agree to notify the studio if I wish to end my membership so my spot can be offered to others.
