Hamd Charity Pickleball Tournament Liability Waiver

By registering for or participating in the Hamd Charity Pickleball Tournament (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
1. I understand that participation in pickleball involves physical activity and carries the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, or other hazards.
Release of Liability
1. I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, release and hold harmless Hamd Institute, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and facility owners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in this Event.
Medical Treatment
1. I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during the Event. I accept full responsibility for any associated costs.
Code of Conduct
1. I agree to follow all Event rules and Islamic rules, including spectating guidelines (sisters spectate sisters, brothers spectate brothers), and instructions provided by organizers or volunteers.
Photography/Media Release
1. I grant Hamd Institute permission to use photos or videos taken during the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.
