What is Cognition? This word refers to your dog’s mental action or the process in which he/she uses to acquire knowledge and understanding. Do you truly Know Your Dog? It is widely recognized that humans have different learning styles and knowing your own learning style will help you process information faster. For example, in a college lecture hall, do you learn best by just listening to the lecture? Perhaps you need to write notes during the lecture to retain the information? Cognition is uniquely individual. This workshop will teach you how to properly conduct the tests. Then we will bring your dog into the room and conduct the tests. Is your dog left pawed, right pawed or “ambidextrous”? Why does it matter? When all of the tests are completed we will discuss the meaning of the results. There are no right or wrong answers just getting to know your dog better. When you understand how your dog learns then training can be adjusted in much more effective ways. You might find that some things that drive you nuts about your dog are explained. You could also discover that some things you assumed about your dog are incorrect. Either way, testing is tons of fun so sign up now!

All Dogs Sports Park, LLC and Sycamore Lane Kennels and Farm cannot prevent you and/or your children from becoming exposed to, contracting or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing their services or premises. Therefore, if you choose to utilize All Dogs Sports Park, LLS’s and Sycamore Lane Kennels and Farm’s services and/or enter onto the premises of Sycamore Lane Kennels and Farm, you may be exposing yourself to and or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19.
