  • Staging & Registration Policy

    Vehicle staging will be determined by our team based on our creative direction and logistical needs. By registering, you agree that placement is at our discretion and cannot be requested.

    While we aim to include a wide range of vehicles, if we’re unable to accommodate yours, you’ll receive a full refund or credit (valid in-store, online, or at a future event).

    Staging Considerations

    • Patio showcase: Select standout builds may be featured on the vineyard's covered patio, chosen for their design or uniqueness.
    • Classic & Custom-Built: Vintage and custom vehicles will be staged prominently to celebrate craftsmanship and automotive heritage.
    • Off-Road Vehicles: Overlanders and 4x4s may be placed on terrtain that highlights their rugged capabilities.
    • Low Cars: Due to uneven ground, extremely low or cambered vehicles cannot be accepted. All participants must be comfortable driving on grass. Our Pit Crew team will assist, but we are not liable for any issues.
    • Groups: Group placement is not guaranteed. Every vehicle will be thoughtfully staged to ensure strong visuals and a memorable experience.

  • One form per car. Please submit additional forms for multiple vehicles.
    Important:     Due to uneven ground, extremely low or cambered vehicles cannot be accepted. All participants must be comfortable driving on grass. Our Pit Crew team will assist, but we are not liable for any issues.

  • Arrival

  • Showcase cars are expected to arrive early between 8:00-10:30 AM and remain on-site for most of the event duration (until 2-3PM). Accommodations may be considered; however, they may impact your placement.

    • Registered cars

      • Must arrive during staging times (staggered 8:00-10:30 AM).
      • Must remain on-site for most of the event duration (until 2-3 PM). Slight accommodations possible.
      • Late arrivals may forfeit their original staging location.
      • If you have timing constraints, please note them on this form as they may affect your placement.
      • For group arrivals, enter the same group name. We'll try to accommodate, but placement together is not guaranteed.

      Non-Registered cars

      • Must pay at the entrance, subject to space and availability.
      • Showcase items are limited and available while supplies last.
    • Accommodations 

    • You've indicated you cannot arrive between 8:00-10:30 AM or stay until 3:00 PM. Please elaborate as this will directly impact your staging.

    • Group placement is not guaranteed. Vehicle placement will be guided by our overall creative vision for the showcase. Every vehicle will be thoughtfully staged to ensure strong visuals and a memorable experience.

    • Arrival instructions will be emailed within 3 days of the event. Check your junk folders and email entered during registration. Add bbq@brakesandbriskets.com to your safe senders list.

      Arrival Information

      • Arrival times will be staggered between 8:00 - 10:30 AM (exact time will be emailed).
      • There are no tickets. Provide your registered name at check-in for item pickup and staging validation.

      Late Arrivals

      • Late arrivals may lose their original staging spot.
      • We'll try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee placement once spectators arrive.
      • No day-of support will be available. Please plan ahead. Ask your questions in advance.

      • These guidelines include requests from Brakes & Briskets and The Federal Twist Vineyard. Failure to follow them may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future shows.
      • Please review the Meat Meet page before reaching out as most questions are answered there. Check your junk folder and add bbq@brakesandbriskets.com to your safe senders list.
      • Photos and videos of your vehicle may be used for promotional purposes.
      • ID may be verified upon arrival due to alcohol being served on-site.
      • We are not responsible for any issues, incidents, or losses during the event.
      • No excessive revving or loud behavior.
      • Do not drive through vines or foliage. Hidden irrigation and cables may cause damage, for which you'll be held responsible. Ask a Pit Crew member for help if needed.
      • Personal tents are not allowed without prior approval to preserve space for vendors and showcase vehicles.
      • Be respectful. No burnouts, two-stepping, or disruptive behavior. Follow Pit Crew guidance.
      • Respect the property and staff. Dispose of trash properly, stay within designated areas, and clean up after yourself.
      • Event details and policies may change without notice.
