    This form is for STUDENTS and BUSINESS OWNERS. Please fill out if you plan to participate in the 2026 I3 Competition. You can save your progress and continue when needed. As a reminder, both students and businesses should commit 1-2 hours per week for this competition.

  • Confidentiality Notice

    If the participant is under 18, they must have a legal guardian sign on their behalf. Teams will be emailed a PDF once this your submission goes through & only upon completion of this will your submission be considered final.
  • 1. Definition of Terms. In the following agreement, “Receiving Party” refers to the student participant teams of both middle and high schoolers; “Disclosing Party” refers to the small business they are paired up with for the high school division teams. 


    2. Definition of Confidential Information. For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall include all information or material that has or could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which the Disclosing Party is engaged. For the purposes of this event, all information must be assumed to be confidential unless the small business (owner) expressly says it is not so.


    3. Exclusions from Confidential Information. Receiving Party's obligations under this Agreement do not extend to information that is: (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party or (b) is disclosed by Receiving Party with Disclosing Party's prior written approval.


    4. Obligations of Receiving Party. Receiving Party shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Disclosing Party. Receiving Party shall carefully restrict access to Confidential Information to employees, contractors, and third parties as is reasonably required and shall require those persons to sign nondisclosure restrictions at least as protective as those in this Agreement. Receiving Party shall not, without prior written approval of Disclosing Party, use for Receiving Party's own benefit, publish, copy, or otherwise disclose to others, or permit the use by others for their benefit or to the detriment of Disclosing Party, any Confidential Information. Receiving Party shall return to the Disclosing Party any and all records, notes, and other written, printed, or tangible materials in its possession pertaining to Confidential Information immediately if Disclosing Party requests it in writing.


    5. Time Periods. The non disclosure provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement and Receiving Party's duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect until Disclosing Party sends Receiving Party written notice releasing Receiving Party from this Agreement.


    6. Waiver. The failure to exercise any right provided in this Agreement shall not be a waiver of prior or subsequent rights.


    This Agreement and each party's obligations shall be binding on the representatives, assigns, and successors of such party. Each party has signed this Agreement through its authorized representative. Individuals under the age of 18 must have this signed by their legal guardian.

  • During the course of the Imagine, Innovate, Inspire Foundation (“the Program”), we may use photographs, videos, films, or other media to record or otherwise capture your child’s image or voice or material resulting from his or her activities or performances (collectively, “Images and Recordings”). The Imagine, Innovate, Inspire Competition is abbreviated as I3 in the following document and elsewhere for the competition. The I3 Team is the group of organizers and individuals who are managing/coordinating the event. 


    As described below, this form allows the I3 Team and its contractors, agents, and licenses (“the Team”) to use those Images and Recordings.


    In exchange for the Team allowing your child to participate in the Program, you agree to the following:

    You grant to the Team the permanent right to use the Images and Recordings in all types of media in connection with the Program and for other purposes that support the Team’s mission. This permission includes use of the Images and Recordings in any new types of media that might be developed in the future.
    Neither you nor anyone else acting on behalf of your child will have any right to approve or be paid for the Team’s use of the Images and Recordings.
    Neither you nor anyone else acting on behalf of your child will have any right to make a legal claim as a result of the Team’s use of the Images and Recordings, and any such claim is covered by the “Assumption of Risk, Release from Liability and Identification” that you have signed.

    Individuals under the age of 18 must have this signed by their legal guardian.

    Business Owners must complete this page and complete an initial call with the I3 Team. We will ask about your business needs, goals, and establishment.

    Before you hit submit, please review the timeline and state that you(r team) can commit 1-2 hours per week for the I3 Competition. We are expecting teams to meet 1x a month, though the most successful teams have met as frequently as 1x a week.

    Registration for the 2026 I3 Competition CLOSES for STUDENTS. Please make sure you hit submit by 11:59pm, US Eastern Time.

    Orientation Zoom date. This event is mandatory for students and businesses. All participants will have the ability to ask questions about the competition; adult sponsors are encouraged to attend.

    At the end of the Zoom, we will organize students & entrepreneur partners into breakout rooms for a first meeting.

    Zoom Photoshoot for all student teams. Attendance is mandatory for this event! Please come dressed in business casual. 

    This will take course over a week - we will schedule time with individual teams. All students must attend. 

    April 18-19th, 2026 Tentative competition day(s)! All students are required to attend the pitch. Adult sponsors are invited to join with their camera off, but are not required to attend. Dress code is business casual. Business owners cannot attend the pitch.
