LIABILITY STATEMENT: The Fall Retreat is designed for educational and informational purposes only. While we will explore and discuss various plants and their uses, please be aware that all information provided during the walk is for general knowledge and is not intended to serve as medical, therapeutic, or expert advice. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the walk. By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I am physically capable of participating in the Honeybee Homestead Fall Retreat. I waive all responsibility of Honeybee Homestead, Melissa Cornacchia, Gold Creek Getaway, The Sacred Gardener, Megan Spencer for any personal damage, loss, or injury that may occur on the property during the event.*

PET POLICY: I understand that no pets are allowed at Gold Creek Getaway, as part of the retreat. If you require a guide dog, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us prior to the event.*

CONSENT TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS: I give my consent for photographs to be taken by Melissa Cornacchia or any other staff or collaborator of Honeybee Homestead. I understand that these photographs may be used for Honeybee Homestead print materials, such as posters, newspapers, and magazines, as well as in-house materials. Additionally, I understand that these images may be used for Honeybee Homestead online materials, including the website, media outlets, and social media platforms..*

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that payments made for the Fall Retreat is non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, it cannot be refunded. Honeybee Homestead reserves the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or cancel the workshop at its own discretion. Should a the Fall Retreat be cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund.*
