📄 Terms & Conditions

• Booking & Cancellation: Book at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or credit.
• Minimum Service Time: General services require 2 hours; deep cleaning requires 3 hours.
• Prepayment Required: All bookings must be prepaid to confirm your time slot.
• Payment Methods: Debit or Credit Card / Paypal
• Window Cleaning: Only interior windows will be cleaned.
• Client Responsibilities: Ensure access and provide cleaning supplies unless add-on is selected.
• Safety & Conduct: We reserve the right to decline service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
• Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule due to illness or emergency, we’ll notify you and offer priority rebooking.
• Equipment Safety: We are not responsible for damage to client-owned equipment used during cleaning.

Cleaning Suppliers & Equipment

• Client-Provided: Please provide basic cleaning tools and detergents (e.g. vacuum, mop, cloths)
• Optional Add-On: We can bring our own cleaning products for HK$30 per visit (request in advance)
• Eco-Friendly Option: Available upon request (subject to availability)
