Royalty USA Pacific Northwest Regional Pageant Registration Agreement
By completing this registration form, you agree to represent your local or regional title at the 2026–2027 Royalty USA Pacific Northwest Regional Pageant, scheduled for March 21–22, 2026. This form serves as your formal commitment to attend.
Withdrawal Policy: If you withdraw for any reason, you may be subject to a $150 withdrawal fee and will be required to return your local/regional sash (and if applicable, crown) to the State Office at your own expense. Delegates who withdraw forfeit all gifts, prizes, and items included in the state or national package.
Fees: Upon registration, you agree to pay all required State Package Fees and any additional fees by the deadlines set by the Royalty USA Pacific Northwest Regional Pageant. All fees paid to NW Pageantry, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments must be made via Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or other approved electronic methods. Personal checks will not be accepted.
Event Rights: NW Pageantry, LLC reserves the right to change the date, location, or competitions at its sole discretion. NW Pageantry, LLC is not responsible for forfeited gifts or prizes from outside sponsors.
Judging & Behavior: Delegates and their parents/guardians agree that all judges’ decisions are final. NW Pageantry, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any delegate for unsportsmanlike behavior.
Eligibility:
Age divisions are determined as of January 1, 2026. Proof of age (birth certificate or state ID) may be required.
All delegates must be a natural-born female, a U.S. citizen, and reside in the United States.
All delegates must be of good moral character.
Divisions Little Miss through Miss: never married and no children.
Ms./Mrs. Division: open to any marital status; may have children.
National Titleholder Agreement:
If selected as a National Titleholder, the delegate (and parent/guardian if applicable) will be required to sign the official Royalty USA National Contract.
The delegate understands that if selected to represent the Pacific Northwest, she is required to attend the Royalty USA National Scholarship Pageant on September 24-27, 2026.
The delegate further understands that she is responsible for all fees and expenses associated with attending the national competition.
Media Release: By registering, delegates and their parents/guardians grant permission for Royalty USA National Scholarship Pageant LLC and its state/regional pageants to use all photos and videos for promotional purposes, including print and social media.
Liability Waiver: Delegates and their parents/guardians agree that NW Pageantry, LLC and Royalty USA National Scholarship Pageant LLC, including their directors, volunteers, and staff, are not liable for damages, theft, accidents, loss, or injury. By registering, you forever release and discharge NW Pageantry, LLC and Royalty USA National Scholarship Pageant LLC from any and all claims related to participation.
