  • The Riverfront Arts Market presented by Riverfront Arts District (RAD) in Downtown Daytona Beach is pleased to be part of the Downtown Daytona Beach Events.  These events will attract residents and visitors throughout the Daytona Beach area. Patrons stroll along beautiful Downtown Daytona Beach enjoying wine, food, arts & crafts, live music, and more.

    Minimum applications: 5 - If we do not receive a minimum of 5 applicants, the Riverfront Arts Market will not be included in the outdoor Wine Walk event and your application fee will be refunded. Your application is not accepted until you receive an email with your application status.

  • 🎨 Riverfront Arts Market at Downtown Daytona Beach Events Wine Walks

    📍 Outdoor Market Location
    230 S. Beach Street, Daytona Beach
    (Between Starry Night Gallery and Little Italy’s Ristorante)

    🕚 Exhibit Times: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    🕗 Setup: Saturday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (must be ready by 11:00 AM)
    💲 Vendor Fee: $65 for 10x10 space

    📝 Payment & Application

    • Payment is required at the time of application.
    • All payments are considered donations to the Riverfront Arts District (RAD), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax-exempt organization.

    • Applications are only considered complete upon receipt of full payment.
    • Payment can be made by credit card through the designated method in the application.
    • Minimum 5 vendors required – If fewer than 5 apply, the Riverfront Arts Market will not be included in that month’s Wine Walk. Fees will be refunded.

      📋 Market Rules & Regulations
    • Vendors may not close early – event runs until 8:00 PM.
    • Vendors are responsible for collecting & paying Florida sales tax.
    • Prohibited items: vulgar elements, racist content, nudes, or weaponry.
    • Any breach of rules results in immediate dismissal without refund.
    • Cancellation & Refund Policy:
      • If fewer than 5 vendors apply: fees refunded.
      • Vendor cancellation after payment: no refunds issued.
      • Event canceled by organizer (unforeseen circumstances): 100% refund.
      • Weather cancellation: full credit toward next Wine Walk event.
    • Liability & Insurance: Vendors are responsible for insurance on products, displays, and staff. RAD and venue are not liable for loss, damage, or injury.
    • Space Clean-Up: Vendors must keep their space clean. Trash must be disposed of in designated bins.

      📦 Outdoor Exhibitor Requirements
    • Space Size: 10x10 (limited availability).
    • Larger Spaces: Request by emailing Theresa Lieberman at theresa@im-daytona.com. Additional fees may apply.
    • Displays:
      • Must be professional quality.
      • No stakes permitted.
      • Bring rain covers, tie-downs, and weights (not all areas are level).
      • RAD does not provide tents. Rentals available from Special Event Services: (386) 760-6111 | www.iamevents.com
    • Electricity: Not available. Vendors may bring a generator or battery-powered lights.
    • Setup Assistance: Not provided. Vendors must handle their own setup.
    • Space Assignments: No changes allowed unless directed by the event coordinator.

      🚗 Location, Loading & Parking
    • Exhibit Location: 230 S. Beach Street, Downtown Daytona Beach
    • Loading: Enter parking lot behind Starry Night Gallery (from Palmetto Avenue).
    • Unload at designated space.
    • Free public parking in the lot behind Starry Night Gallery (enter from Palmetto).
