Now in its 24th year, the Teen Conference is Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey's premier event that brings together hundreds of high school students from across New Jersey. Teens explore a variety of workshops and interactive stations, all focused on leadership, empowerment, health, and access to vital resources. This one-of-a-kind conference provides a welcoming environment where attendees can connect, learn, and engage with peers and community leaders, discover new opportunities and build lasting connections.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE: All lunch options provided by the venue will be properly labeled. We have selected food options that accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions, but we invite additional information you can provide so we can notify the venue ahead of time.
Chaperone Terms and Conditions
As a chaperone at Teen Conference, I commit to the following responsibilities:

Supervision & Safety: Ensuring the well-being and safety of students, promoting adherence to conference rules including respecting a smoke/vape free environment.

Participation: Monitoring students' participation in all scheduled workshops and activities.

Behavior & Communication: Addressing behavioral issues constructively, maintaining open communication with organizers.

Photo Release: By registering, you are permitting Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey to use your likeness in promotional materials. This may include, but not limited to, inclusion in affiliate newsletters, the affiliate's website, and/or advertising materials for the Teen Conference. In addition, as a chaperone, you will be responsible for collecting photo release forms signed by the parent/legal guardian of each student which plans to attend.

Liability Release: By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you will not hold the Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey, its employees, or its affiliates liable for any incidents or outcomes beyond its control, provided that all reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of participants.
