- I understand that Luna Fine Art Gallery is only accepting applicants who reside in Escambia or Santa Rosa Counties in Florida or within 5 miles from the counties.
- I am the designated artist representing the collaborative team and
- I am in charge of distributing award money to the other collaborators as agreed by the team.
- I have read and agree to the exhibit information and guidelines, and I authorize payment for Artwork Submission to Luna Fine Art Gallery.
