If you are in either the G9 or G10 sports classes, do you require MWAGA to help provide you with an adaptive cart for the weekend? MWAGA cannot guarantee that we can provide you with a cart, but we will try our best to accommodate with our local partners. Please understand that the use of a normal wheelchair on the course is prohibited, only the use of an approved adaptive golf cart will be allowed at RedTail Golf Club.

Verification of physical disability. If you currently don't have one you can enter "N/A". A Medical Classifier from Shirley Ryan Ability Labs will be on site to classify you if this is your first Competitive event. If you have competed in an WR4DG event in the past you can find your EDGApass number on EDGAGolf.com under EDGA Registered Players

GHiN Number or Local Golf Association Number

This is used to verify your USGA handicap. If you currently do not have a GHiN number or local golf association membership please contact the USGA or your local state golf association for information to get one before the tournament.

Current handicap or average 18 hole score

If your handicap is over 18.1 you can choose to play from a forward tee. box. If you choose a tee box that is forward of the tee box your division is playing you will not be eligible to win the overall division championship trophies, you will still be eligible to win you sport class championships. (Ladies, Super Senior and the seated players do not move up from their assigned tee boxes.)

Because there are limited number of carts available at RedTail Golf Club during events like ours, to serve both the tournament and its members, the course is charging MWAGA a cart fee of $60 for the weekend for any player choosing to have their own cart or having a player assistant (caddie) or ride along spectator. This fee needs to be paid up front during registration. Failure to pay the fee will result in the player riding with another player. If you choose not to have an individual cart you will be paired with another player during tournament play. MWAGA makes no guarantees of any additional carts being available for players or spectators wanting to purchase day of the tournament. Additional cart availability is based on a first come first serve basis and at the discretion of RedTail Golf Club and are in no way guaranteed. MWAGA assumes no guarantee that individual carts will be available for spectators.
