About the Event

Date/Time: Thursday, November 13, 2025, 6-10pm

Venue: Grand Ballroom of the Skirvin Hilton Hotel, 1 Park Ave, Oklahoma City

Please join the Paseo Arts Association for our 19th Annual Paseo Arts Awards, with dinner and a silent auction fundraiser on Thursday, November 13 at 6pm in the Grand Ballroom of the Skirvin Hilton Hotel in downtown Oklahoma City.

Event Schedule
6:00pm - Reception begins with cash bar - enjoy drinks and bid at our silent auction!
7:00pm - Dinner and program begins in the Grand Ballroom.
7:30pm - Awards presentation begins by the master of ceremonies, silent auction ends during program! Place your final bids before 8:00pm.

Ticket Prices

Tickets - $100
VIP Tickets - $150 (VIP ticket holders will receive a special gift at their table!)
Raffle Tickets - $20

• Tables seat a maximum of eight (8) guests.
• All guest names and their dietary restrictions must be provided by November 7, a vegan/gluten free meal is available.

Reservations & Guest List

If you are purchasing more than one ticket, please include all guest names, emails and relevant dietary restrictions in the Guest List section below. Tables seat eight total. All guests check in with their individual last name at the door on event night.

All guest lists must be submitted by November 4. If you are unsure of your guests at the time you purchase tickets, please submit a final guest list by November 4 to theresa@thepaseo.org
