Night Market 10.10-10.11 2025 Vendor Form

Please provide all required details to register for our upcoming Witch's Weekend Night Market. If you sell items in our event theme, we want you! Only 13 spaces available.
The first Harvest Moon Twin Drive-in Night Market will take place on Friday and Saturday October 10th & 11th as part of our Vamparty and Witch's Weekend. We have room for a maximum of 13 vendors in our market area and limited power(just to plug in lights(LED is preferred). You will have room for a 10x10 tent or equivalent area. Parking will be away from the vendor spaces to allow for easy access to our patrons.

We are looking for vendors that fit our specific theme preferrably- Anything Horror or Macabre, art candles, decor, crystals, collectibles, etc. With the small space, we only have room for 1 vendor per space and 13 open spaces in total. Set up is available for both Friday the 10th and Saturday the 11th and the fee includes both nights.

Ideally, vendors will be able to arrive and set up between 5-6pm on those nights and open for shopping before the shows from 6-7pm and during the intermission and time between movie 1 & 2. You are welcome to stay open until that 2nd movies start and you can see the movies from the area and your admission to watch is included in your registration. This will be rain or starshine, but hopefully it will be warm and dry for the event.
