Abridged version) is made on the date this form is signed and submitted, by and between Davida Productions, LLC., (hereinafter referred to as Grantor), and the School, Theater, Organization, or Troupe listed below, (hereinafter referred to as Grantee.)

It is therefore agreed between the Parties as follows:
1. Grantor hereby grants Grantee the rights and license to perform Love Me - Love Me Not! (Full or Abridged version) during a period of one year of signed and dated contract.
2. Grantor grants Grantee performance rights in exchange for a royalty payment of $300 for the Full version and $150 for the Abridged version.
3. Grantee has the right to delete scenes from the Script.
4. Once the signed contract and royalty payment have been received and reviewed, Grantor will email Grantee a copy of the contract and a Full or Abridged digital Script.
5. Failure of Grantee to produce Love Me – Love Me Not! does not entitle Grantee to a refund.
6. Grantor would appreciate, but not require, performance photos for our website.
