You are invited to join us for the Small Business Virtual Extravaganza (SBVE). The SBVE will take place in a unique platform called Airmeet. You don't want to miss being included in this event! Grab your virtual exhibitor booth now! Limited to 1 representative per brand/company (ex. 1 State Farm, 1 Young Living rep etc)  If you want to learn more about setting up your booth go here.

You do not need to be in your "booth" unless you want to do a LIVE DEMO/or workshop* inside your booth (no additional fee). Your marketing booth will be available for the entire time of the event. You are free to attend the sessions, visit the networking lounge throughout the day, attend speed networking events or go live from your "booth" anytime you want!  You can be in your booth and go live as often as you like! *it sends a link to the event newsfeed when you go live! Super fun! And multiple people can "man" your booth if you so desire for even more opportunity to market your business. 

Date of Event: Friday November 7, 2025 from 9am - 6pm ET & Saturday November 8, 2025 from 9am to 2pm ET

Thursday, Noember 6, 2025 (optional exclusive Meet & Greet Networking event for Exhibitors, Speakers and Sponsors) 6:00pm to 7pm ET. This will be held in Airmeet Free Flow Networking Room!!!! 

This event is VERY different as it's NOT on ZOOM., 

It's a highly interactive event. Attendees will have experiences on Airmeet that they can not get in any other virtual platform! 

There will be 3 experiences in ONE event!

1) Virtual Expo Booths

2) Networking Opportunities (free flow and speed networking) 

3) Speakers & Workshops

Here is how the Virtual Expo Booth will work:

Once you sign up and are accepted, you will receive an email from Airmeet with the link to set up your booth. You can customize it with links, videos, and images. There are easy-to-follow videos to help you, and Airmeet has awesome customer service if you get stuck!

Below are an examples of Standard Expo Booths when an attendee clicks on your Booth in photo above this is what they will experience whether you are in your booth or not. The graphic also shows all the cool features included in a Standard Expo Booth

We will send you link to upload the rest of the required info for your sponsorship. 

They are no refunds should you not provide the materials needed for us to promote you. 

So please look out for emails from the SBVE (check spam)
