2025-2026 UTSSC UNITY MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
UTSSC Membership Policy

1. Eligibility for Membership

Membership to the University of Toronto Ski and Snowboard Club (UTSSC) is open to the following individuals:
- Current students of the University of Toronto.
- Current undergraduate students from other Ontario colleges or universities.
- University of Toronto alumni who have graduated within the last five (5) years.
2. Exceptions to Eligibility

Exceptions to the standard eligibility criteria may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Individuals seeking an exception must contact UTSSC via email at utssc@studentorg.utoronto.ca with a detailed explanation of their request.

3. Adherence to the Accommodation Policy

All members must adhere to the UTSSC Accommodation Policy to ensure a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.

This policy applies to:
- Alumni, graduate, and post-graduate students.
- Members over the age of 35.
- Situations where there is a significant age gap (10 years or more) between members.
Note: Compliance with this policy is mandatory to maintain membership.
