Your live presentation should be 20-30 minuted plus time for Q & A or Hot Seat to get the attendees interacting with you. (Maximum 40 minutes in all). You may share your screen during presentation and you may make an paid offer at the end in the last 2 minutes of your presentation. An Evergreen Freebie is required of all speakers.

We prefer this event to be 100% LIVE (let me know if you need to pre-record). All presentations will be automatically recorded and become available for the attendees to view for FREE on replay right inside the schedule until Sunday, November 9th, at 9pm ET. 

==>> You will be able to choose your session time on first come, first serve after your application has been accepted. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and time-zone! 

Due to Airmeets NEW pricing structure, the SBVE is $17 USD for attendees but we will give all speakers a unique coupon code, which will take $17 off, making the SBVE FREE for your community and providing you another way to add value to your network. 

Your speaker & book fee will be offsetting the Airmeet fees for attendees plus covering the cost of the production of the SBVE book. 

We will have 1 upsell the Recordings of all Presentations: recording and podcast of all presentations will be offered at $27 at time of registration; $47 up until the SBVE ends; $97 after event ends.  All speakers will recieve 50% off recordings which will be tracked by your unique coupon code.

As a part of this event, we offer customizable virtual marketing booths that are open the entire time for attendees to visit. You can showcase an offer, have links to your website etc and even chat with the attendees live whenever you want. Or just set it up and let it run on autopilot. 

Speakers are NOT required to have a Marketing Booth but it is encouraged as a way to interact and market your business - VIP Booths for speakers that choose the Basic Speaker Package are just $97 and are separate from the speaker/book fee. 

The system lets the attendees know who is LIVE in their booth at any given time! And we can track metrics on your marketing booth after the event ends.
