Purchase / Booking
Admission ticket bookings are confirmed only upon successful submission of the online Registration Form and receipt of full payment via credit card. All information provided must be accurate before submission.
Please note that no changes can be made once the form has been submitted.
Payment Term
All seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment will be charged immediately upon submission of this form via credit card.
Please ensure that all details are correctly entered before proceeding, as no changes can be made once the transaction is processed.
Admission tickets are non-refundable. However, substitutions are allowed only if the substitute details are provided to the organiser at least 3 days before the programme date via email at info@sid-singapore.org.
Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration and payment. The organiser reserves the right to reject any registrations that are incomplete or deemed inaccurate. No refunds will be issued once payment is processed.
Event Changes / Amendments
SIDS reserves the right to amend the event details, including date, venue, programme content, and timing, without penalty. SIDS shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from changes, postponement, or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.

All intellectual property rights in materials produced or distributed by SIDS in relation to this event are reserved. Unauthorised duplication, publication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
