The Big Baller Brand Boys Middle School All-Star Game is a premier showcase designed to introduce young athletes to their first true All-Star experience. This event brings together top middle school players for a fun, competitive, and high-energy game that builds confidence, skill, and belief in what’s next.

Hosted by Triple B’s Cares Foundation and powered by Big Baller Brand, participants will compete in a professionally run environment featuring live streaming on BallerTV, announced player introductions, and All-Star recognition.

Each athlete will receive:

A BBB BallStars All-Star Uniform
The opportunity to compete in a high-energy All-Star showcase environment
This event is designed to inspire confidence, encourage growth, and give young athletes the chance to represent themselves, their school, and their community on a big stage.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I, the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant listed below, understand that participation in a basketball All-Star event involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Sprains, strains, bruises, fractures, or other injuries
Physical contact or collisions with other participants
Fatigue, dehydration, or overexertion
Other risks commonly associated with organized youth basketball
I acknowledge and accept these risks and voluntarily allow my child to participate.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By signing this waiver, I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the following parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from my child’s participation in this event:

Big Baller Brand, Inc.
Triple B’s Cares Foundation
Event coaches, staff, officials, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates
Hoop Central, including its owners, operators, and employees
This release applies to any injury, illness, accident, or damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. MEDICAL CONDITION STATEMENT
I certify that my child is physically able to participate and does not have any medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

If my child has allergies, medical conditions, or special needs, I understand it is my responsibility to notify event organizers in writing prior to the event.

4. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize event staff to administer basic first aid and/or seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.

I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical care provided.

5. PARENT / GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY
I understand and agree that I am responsible for ensuring my child is:

Dropped off prior to check-in
Picked up promptly following the conclusion of the event
Big Baller Brand and its partners are not responsible for supervision outside of official event hours.

6. MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Big Baller Brand and Triple B’s Cares Foundation permission to photograph, video record, livestream, and otherwise use my child’s image, name, voice, and likeness for promotional, marketing, social media, and broadcast purposes without compensation.

All media becomes the property of Big Baller Brand and its partners.

7. AGREEMENT & SIGNATURE
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions.
