Fall Fest Craft Vendor Form

Fall Fest Overview:

Thank you for your interest in joining us at Fall Fest! This event is all about celebrating nature, the beauty of the season, and creating opportunities for our community to learn about and enjoy the outdoors together. Your participation plays a huge role in making the day fun and enriching, and we’re so grateful to have you share your work and passion with our visitors.

Learn more about the event HERE! (expected attendance is ~70-110). This event is entirely outdoors, overhead tents/EZ ups are suggested. Each vendor that registeres will have about a 10x10 space reserved. We can provide chairs and tables on a first come first serve basis, based on the order of registration.

To align with our mission of celebrating nature, conservation, and sustainability, we ask that all vendors ensure their products reflect these values. For this reason, we do not accept vendors whose work relies on:

AI-generated images or materials
3D-printed products

We encourage handmade, natural, locally sourced, and environmentally responsible items that highlight creativity and respect for the natural world.

Vendor Fee Info

If the event is cancelled for any reason you will recieve a full refund of your vendor fee. If you register and later cannot attend you will forfeit your vendor fee. If you register for only the main date and it is postponed to the rain date you will be refunded the full vendor fee. If Hirundo Wildlife Refuge is unable to accept your vendor application, your deposit will be refunded in full.
