  • The Massachusetts Association for the Education of Young Children (MAAEYC) is delighted to invite you to exhibit at and or sponsor our conference.

    Applications are due by October 31, 2025.

    For Exhibitors:

    This year we are offering exhibitor space for November 11, 2025. Exhibitors may come as early as 7:00 am to set up their respective vendor area. We expect between 200-250 attendees. This conference is open to any individual that works in the field of early education. Our typical attendees are early education administrators, teachers, family childcare providers, public & private school personnel, and other early education professionals.

    WE ONLY HAVE SPACE FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF EXHIBITORS, so PLEASE submit your application and payment by April 1st, to ensure that you have a reserved space. 

    Exhibitors

    • (1) 8' table & 2 chairs. Extra tables can be purchased.
    • Exhibit space does not include electricity.
    • Each Exhibit Space comes with (1) lunch. Additional lunches can be purchased.
    • Each Exhibitor will provide a door prize/raffle up to $25.00.
    • Exhibitors will be listed by title only in the brochure and on social media. If you would like a logo listed please visit our sponsorship opportunities.
    • If Exhibitors want to attend sessions a registration ticket will need to be purchased.
    • Exhibitor fees are non refundable one week prior to the event. 
    • Each attendee will be given a bingo card and Exhibitors will receive a stamp to use or an X can be marked.
