    NOT Staying at Beaver Run Resort Registration Fee:

    *Shoulder Rooms are available at Beaver Run Resort 3 nights before 09/12/26, and 3 nights after 09/12/26.

    1. Book your flights into Denver International Airport (DEN).

    2. IRTA & conference host IMS are currently working-on providing ground transportation on trade to Beaver Run & back to the airport. Check back with Patty Weston after May 1, 2026 to get detailed information on this service at 262-780-6062.

    3. Guests' flight information for the shuttle must be submitted to IRTA on or before August 21, 2026.

    Note: Our 2:30 PM Training 'Start Time' requires all registrants to arrive at the Denver airport by 11:00am on 09/10/26 in order to arrive to the conference location on time. Alternatively, registrants can arrive on Wednesday, Sept. 9th and spend the night at or near the conference location.
