ALL GENRES - Class of 2026 Seniors and Class of 2027 Rising Seniors - General images (no specific theme)

2.  MODEL RELEASES

We NO LONGER require that you SUBMIT a model release to us. However, by submitting images, you are agreeing that you have a signed model release on file from your client and that they are ok with you submitting images for publication.

3. IMAGE QUALITY

High Res Images only (300 dpi). We prefer an 8x10 crop. Be sure there is NO LOGO on your images.

4. EXCLUSIVITY

Images submitted MAY NOT be images that have ever appeared in any other magazines, including our magazines.

5. YOUR CLIENTS

Image submisssions must be of YOUR PAYING CLIENTS, and must have been taken by you.  If you have images you have taken of your own teen that you want to submit, you can....but only if the Majority of images being submitted are of your clients.

6. NUMBER OF IMAGES
NEW!! You may submit ONE image FREE of charge. Just select 1 image at the bottom of this form.

The more images you submit, the higher your chances are of making it into the magazine. Most people submit between 20-40 images - some submit more and some submit less.

7. NO REFUNDS

There will be no refunds of submission fees - No Exceptions.

8. PUBLISH DATE

Anticipated Magazine Publish Date - LAST DAY IN October.

HELPFUL TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF BEING PUBLISHED:

a. Variety is KEY. The more images you submit, the greater your chances are of getting into the magazine because you are submitting a variety of images for us to choose from.

Most photographers submit at least 3-4 images of EACH client and most submit at least 4-5 clients. Some do more.

When you see a magazine with many images from one photographer, it's because they submitted a large number of quality images.

We are cutting back on including multiple images with the exact same background, although they may be of different models. So please be aware.

b. DO NOT include any logo or watermark on your images.

c. PLEASE READ the naming instructions at the bottom of this form. We ALWAYS have photographers who do not follow the instructions for naming images. Improperly named images will be disqualified. We will no longer contact you if you have not named your images incorrectly.

IMPORTANT!!

IMAGE NAMING INSTRUCTIONS

1. BE SURE YOU ARE SPELLING ALL NAMES CORRECTLY, ae using CORRECT PUNCTUATION and are using both Capital and Lower Case letters as you would like the to appear. Please put a space to separate first and last name.

2. Put a HYPHEN after your photography name and before the client name(s) so that there is no question on your studio name and the cilent's names.

3. Punctuation and correct spelling Use correct punctuation, capitalization of first letter, and correct spelling, etc.

Follow this format in naming images (include hyphens)
Your Studio Name - Model(s) First and Last Name - Followed By A Number - Followed by .jpg. ---Images will be name exactly as you indicate on the image itself. For families, You may list each person's name individually, or you may list image as "_________Family".

It is very important that you use correct punctuation, spacing and spelling as we will copy the information directly from the image to the magazine
