All vendors must be ready by 10 AM.✅ Breakdown begins at 2:00 PM. ✅ VEHICLES CAN NOT BE DRIVEN ON PROPERTY TO LOAD/UNLOAD. ✅ Vendor fees are non-refundable regardless of participation or no show. ✅ Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled due to weather. ✅ Vendor, their staff, participants and associates agree to hold property owner, organizer and its representatives hold harmless for any injury, damages, or claims resulting from set-up, preparation, participation and breakdown of this event.*
