The above firm hereby applies for membership in the NUCA of Washington and the National Utility Contractors Association. We have indicated our gross volume below and have enclosed a check for the appropriate dues amount. We understand that a portion of our dues may not be deductible as a business expense under the 1993 Budget Reconciliation Act. We also understand that our membership renewal will be payable next January. To activate your membership, contractors must become members with both the Local Chapter and the National Chapter. The dues structure below indicates the amount for both memberships. Membership start after July 1st may be provided a pro-rated rate for the remaining of the current year.
Contractors
Work is defined as the "construction or rehabilitation of utility systems including but not limited to storm sewers, sanitary sewers and drainage, water lines, cables, ducts, conduits, gas lines, tunneling, boring and trenchless construction, treatment systems, pump stations and all other utility construction and appurtenances thereof.
