- Cancellation requests received before 11:59 p.m. CT on Friday, October 10, 2025 are eligible for a full refund.
- Requests received between October 11 and 11:59 p.m. on October 31, 2025 will be subject to a $150 non-refundable fee to cover food and administrative costs.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 31, 2025.
