The Employment Support Program is designed for emerging professionals- visa holders, international students, who want to build their portfolio and access industry opportunities in Australia.

Through this program, SkillReady provides:

• The Employment Support Program Guide (your first resource upon enrolment)
• Support with resume, portfolio, and communication skills
• Outreach for up to three months to employers in your selected field who are open to sponsorship options or assisting with skills assessment and employment opportunities

This program is about facilitation and support, not recruitment or guaranteed jobs. Outcomes depend on your portfolio, skills, and industry demand.

🕒 How It Works

1. Apply online and pay the $50 enrolment fee — this covers cost for industry support guide, admin, and initial resources allocation.
2. Receive the Employment Support Program Guide and start preparing your portfolio.
3. SkillReady provides guidance and assists with communication and presentation.
4. For up to three months, SkillReady will facilitate outreach to employers in your selected trade or field who are open to sponsorship or skills assessment opportunities.
5. If outreach results in a confirmed objective (such as an introduction or tailored employer contact), a program fee of up to $2,500 applies.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree:

• The program provides support, portfolio assistance, and industry outreach, not guaranteed jobs or visas.
• You must hold valid visa work rights.
• The $50 enrolment fee is payable on submission and is non-refundable.
• A program fee of up to $2,500 applies if a selected objective is achieved during the outreach period.
• Fees cover resources, portfolio guidance, communication support, and outreach to employers.
